All information on this site is correct to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to change guests and / or any elements of the scheduled programme without notice, while making every effort to notify interested parties as soon as reasonably convenient.

If the organisers of Under the Linden cancel the event described on this website, they will refund the cost of tickets sold in full. They will not pay the costs of any travel to or from the Czech Republic or any territory in relation to attending Under the Linden on or any accomodation paid for – In Prague or elsewhere -  in relation to attending Under the Linden.

Tickets bought for Under the Linden are returnable only within one month of purchase and, regardless of purchase date, no later than the 19th July 2008. In such an instance, there will be an administration charge of 20% of the ticket price deducted from the total ticket cost refunded.

We reserve the right not to accept tickets for re-sale if there is suspicion of tampering, fraud or otherwise deceitful activity at work.

The organisers of Under the Linden reserve the right to refuse admission to Under the Linden; to request any ticket holder to leave Under the Linden and take appropriate action to enforce this right; and to change the advertised arrangements of any performance in the event of illness or any cause beyond the control of the management.

By using this website the User agrees to be bound by the "Terms and Conditions of Use" and if the User purchases any goods or services from the website agrees to be bound by the "Conditions of Sale" and any specific conditions set out.
